Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — every estimate is free. We walk the yard, check the grade and drainage, and put the plan and pricing in writing before any work begins. No pressure, no pitch at the end of it.
What areas do you serve?
We work within about fifty miles of Portageville — Rochester, Geneseo, Avon, Caledonia, Le Roy, Batavia, Warsaw, Perry, Mount Morris, Castile, Nunda, Dansville, Arcade, Attica and Wyoming. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Are you insured?
Yes. A. Davis Concrete, LLC is fully insured, locally owned and operated, and has been pouring in the Genesee Valley since 2015.
Will stamped concrete hold up to our winters?
Yes — when the base is done right. Proper sub-base, reinforcement, control joints and sealing are what let a slab stand up to the thirty freeze-thaw cycles a Western New York winter throws at it, and crack only where we cut it.
Can you combine multiple parts of an outdoor project?
Yes. Concrete, retaining walls, steps, masonry features and lighting can be considered together so the finished space feels connected.
Do you work on existing concrete?
Yes. Tear-out, replacement and repair are among our services. The right approach depends on the condition of the existing concrete and the surrounding site.
Do you do the work yourselves or sub it out?
Most of the work is handled by our own crew, start to finish — flatwork, hardscape, masonry and lighting. Occasionally we bring in trusted local partners for specialty pieces of a project, always under our supervision.
